blood oranges (plan about 1/2 to 1 per person)
burrata cheese (plan about 1/4 to 1/2 a ball per person)
pistachios, toasted and chopped
pistachio oil (like this one)
honey, warmed
fresh basil, chiffonaded (thinly sliced)
salt & pepper
if you are making the salad:
baby romaine
extra virgin olive oil
if you are making the tartines:
crusty country bread, toasted
